Richard Deacon's work with materials

Deacon (b1949 in Wales) is known for his minimalist sculptures using simple materials with very high craft.
Look how he uses materials to create LINES in his work.
It's also interesting to see how he responds to the qualities of the materials- steam bending wood strips, or hammering metal, or casting with ceramic...

See more if his work here @ http://www.richarddeacon.net/

"You", made of wood, epoxy, cloth. (sold for close to $30k)
